Build a Website in a CMS based on current site and page designs provided

Good evening to you, I am in need of a talented, creative and hard-working developer, or team, to build a website for me. The site will: - Be based on the page numbers, and content of [login to view URL] - Have designs for all pages provided to you in .jpg format - Be created in a CMS, with WordPress of Drupal or Joomla the preferred options but I will be happy to listen to your thoughts of why another CMS would be better Before bidding on this project please note that you need to work on this full-time, not just in your spare hours, and this will be reflected in the 'time-frame' component of your bid. With your bid, please include only: - Which CMS you think is the one you would use for creating the site - The bid amount you feel confident of sticking to - The bid time-frame you feel confident of being able to deliver the project within - The cost you are willing to take off if the project runs late to completion eg $5 or $10 a day for each day it is past it's agreed date, as starting from when you have all the information you required - 1 example of a great website you have build - 1 example of a great website you have designed, or something else you have designed that you love to show off - Why you are a great fit for this project and other ones moving forward Please do not just paste in a massive 'standard' blurb that you put in quickly for all projects that come across your screen. You will stand a much better chance by taking the few minutes to address only the items I have listed above. Once the project has begun, I prefer to communicate via Skype, both typed and voice, so please keep this in mind. Unfortunately, English is the only language I speak so you will need to be able to discuss the project well with me through these avenues, as well as email. In the hope of helping you to make an informed bid, I have included a number of the page designs for the site, including the mobile version's Home Page. I have 18 designs in total, with a couple being the same but showing the navigation items, so 16 pages plus these two. As I have had issues with freelancers in the past, I will not be paying any upfront money. I am, however, happy to make milestone payments based on 'deliverables' being met. It is only after the deliverable is uploaded, to my server, that a milestone will be paid. If you do a great job, stick to your time-line, this will mean you get paid quickly for each section of work. You will be able to see from my feedback that I am not here to waste anyone's time, but instead to get work done. If you do a great job, I have more projects that need to be built by a great developer or team. As I haven't used Freelancer for a while, this project will only be awarded if there is a bidder who has the combination of quality of work, professionalism, has a great rating and reviews and provides a bid that has a price, and time, which is fair. If this person/ team isn't found, this project will go unfulfilled and I will look elsewhere. I hope this isn't the case. I will only contact those developers who I am interested in, so if you do not hear from my, please assume that you are not in contention. This is nothing personal, as I am sure you can appreciate the large amount of time it would take to contact everyone.
