Build a Website

I've built a simple backend server that streams certain numerical and unstructured text data via websockets technology (hubs) in asp.net. I've also built the client side that would represent a pretty simple user interface. I don't need someone to build a website from scratch. Rather, I would want someone to fix some other items I've already done. I need someone to: 1. Troubleshoot and fix why the client side is too slow and why it sometimes freezes. I don't know what it is but it could be that I'm trying to capture too many things with too many javascript sources such as jQuery. But this needs fixing. 2. Ensure that the client side works on IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari on desktops, iPads, laptops and mobiles. 3. Add a table (a jTable perhaps) that displays the last 10 or so records of certain unstructred text data. I have a hub that streams this information on the backend server. This table MUST show the last record first, which is something I've struggled to accomplish on my own. I was able to put in such a table, but then the client-side url would more or less freeze. 4. Check whether my usage of [login to view URL] could be replaced with a better graph/chart script, such as HighCharts. If so, then replace my smoothie graphs with HighChart graphs. 5. make it so that when a new number arrives for a given record in any one of the tables, that the color of the text reflects the direction of the change in the number being posted. For example, if a number was 100 and it goes to 99, then the text color for that record should be red. if it goes to 101, it should be green. if nothing, then white. 6. fix the formatting of the text that is being displayed in some of the rectangles. Currently the text is appearing too low and crossing over into the next rectangle. 7. Investigate why some numbers are not showing up in the tables. Fix this. I can upload the client side to github, or even zip and attach somewhere, subject to rules here. I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like right now.
