Build a Website

I am looking for technical help to develop a website. The website will be essentially a industry specific yellow pages but in form of an interactive portal. In starting website which will only have basic feature like signup and requirement posting page. The core function of the website will be to act as a platform where professionals will have their brief profile and display their products. Costumers will have two options - either to select a professional and ask them for their service or simply post their requirement and leave it for professionals to get back to them. The website may have following: Max 3-4 pages including a Home page, job posting page, profile listing page and a blog section. Searching feature will be filter enabled so that customers and professionals both can browse only posts and profiles suitable to their requirements. To start with i would like not to automate this time. For. eg. If a professional signup with his details using a form... I would like to verify it manually and publish it on listing page. Same with the requirement page. Later on when site gets good hits all this can be automated with advance forms and verification tools. I will be good if we can enable blog section with social media sharing buttons. I am not sure but if professionals can also share their profile to know others that they are listed on our website. I would like to have this feature now. Last but foremost important is future expansion, in terms of database and functionality. Because at this time we are not having any of our IT infrastructure, it is desirable to adopt such a platform where it is easy to migrate fully whenever we want to scale-up.
