i am looking for customized Document management system , with OCR functionality if needed . DMS is use to store Digital records and it manage and retreve records with tagging . It should have features like : Add user : admin , data entry , review user can add the folder and upload all files inside that perticular folder , once the uploading is done , if user click on image , it should appear in half of the screen and half screen for data entry and Tagging of that document . Documents can be pdf , tiff , jpeg , word etc . there should be next button to navigate to next record as well , so user can do data entry of few pericular things , meta setting is also there and tagging as well . other than admin no one has the rights to delete the records . admin has only rights to approved the uploaded records after review . reviever1 has the rights to check uploaded data . then data entry user has rights to do data entry , set meta tag etc . reviever2 can check data only after data entry and he has rights to approve data is corrected or not , if not then he can has rights to give it back to do correction . for More information , please check the Attachment for furthers .
