Build a Website

I have a mini online matching website system between a STUDENT and EMPLOYEE , this website is kindly for both the students and employees to interact in the website. The website needs to be done with Dreamweaver + XAMPP (for the connection to the database) Attached are my screenshots of how will the designs of the websites will look like. Kindly take note, if you are serious about taking this project, we will discuss more further about this because the attached screenshots are ONLY a few parts of the website. This project should be done with HTML, CSS, Javasript, MySQL (anything website related) Thanks!
