hello, I have a web portal that also has a 'dating' section. I made it a long time ago, and doesn't look good, BUT it has over 1 million page views a month and works on a shared VPS with CPU usage less then 1. I'm saying that I can optimize a website VERY well , both for SEO and performance. If you go with some other offer, while the freelancers have hundreds of reviews, those are given right after project completion, not 1 year after, when the site has significant traffic, and i've seen code done so poorly that you won't believe it. With me, you'll save a LOT on hosting, even more so if you want to use AWS or similar. Plus, I'm working correctly! with php PDO, and I write very secure code. I also wrote the elearning platform for the Romanian border police (have a sealed and signed thank you PDF). Le'ts discuss your needs. Best Regards, George
