Build a Website

Need to make a simple website which shows a custom Twitter accounts private lists as categories (categories such as sports, news, politics) on the website. When you press the categories on the websites (such as news, I need the news lists to show up on the website of the tweets that has been followed on the account). I would also like to have a top 10 trending for the tweets followed by that account listed on the website. Basically just lists being embedded from the twitter account. Need a very simple design and a small space for ads to be put up later on when/if the website runs. The idea of this is targeted for a country which does not have twitter trendings available, (therefore trending can be seen in the website, also for people of this country to categorize tweets better accordingly to the countries news and updates).
