Build a Website

Hi. I need someone to create conditional logic to filter through a database and display results depending on user choices. For example: user will choose city/state, next page user will choose material (plastic/vinyl), then depending on those choices, the page will display the manufacturers that can do that job, then the user chooses a manufacturer from that list..next page will ask user to input min. max value (basically to "bid" on a price)..and depending on which they choose...the information is stored in a database. It's possible there will be a few more options but there will probably be only 5 or 6 options total. I would much prefer for this to be either built from a wordpress plugin...or at least built in wordpress somehow. Thank you and I hope I was clear.
