Endo Contract website brief • Overall style to be modelled somewhat like Endo site and example images. • Website essentially one big gallery, broken down into the following categories: Boardroom & task chairs, Reception & Lounge chairs, Desks & Workstations, Tables, Storage & Filing, Whiteboards & Pinboards, Accessories • Gallery categories pages will look like ‘[login to view URL]’, being tiled 5 across and 5 or 6 rows down. Next/previous buttons at base of the page if there are more products than fit on one page. o When you click on a product thumbnail it brings up details which include the product code, a carousel of sub images which can be clicked on, and a form which has inputs of quantity, state, comment box, and ‘add to enquiry’ button which adds this to the list (cart). Should look something like ‘[login to view URL]’ o When you click on an image in carousel it should open a larger view, and a link to download image like ‘[login to view URL]’ • ‘Home’ page will look similar to Gallery categories, but will show thumbnails of the 7 categories • ‘Enquiry list’ will show the contents of all the products added to the list (cart) including quantities and comments, a form to enter details such as: Name, Phone, Email, State, and a button to ‘Submit Enquiry’ (like submit order) which will email us all the list information that has been generated. • Product codes will be 5 digits long, and start with different numbers according to category: 1xxxx – Boardroom & task chairs, 2xxxx - Reception & Lounge chairs, 3xxxx – Desks & Workstations, 4xxxx – Tables, 5xxxx – Storage & Filing, 6xxxx – Whiteboards & Pinboards, 7xxxx – Accessories • Top menu includes all the categories, as well as ‘Home’ and ‘Enquiry list’, and a search bar which can be used to search for product code. • Backend /CMS of website needs to allow for easy uploading of images, including batch uploading several images at once for products. Also needs to be able to drag and drop to rearrange images in product carousel, as well as drag and drop to rearrange product order within categories. Also of course ability to delete images and products as need be. • All product images will be square, so all thumbnails generated and displayed are to be square as well.
