Build a Website

I'm looking for a simple website and a mobile app. This is going to be like the Tinder/Uber for stage performers and others involved: models, make up artists, directors, performers etc. Unlike a job portal where the jobs are placed and people have to apply, this website will not display any ads, just like how tinder will not display any profiles. you have to match to it that means only when the model puts in all their details and that closely matches details that the brand is looking for they automatically get connected and can negotiate with each other. that's the main tool for the website and the app. the next part is the mentorship program where models and performers can take guidance from mentors in their field and contact them for free only for the first three months, its paid from then on. we will also require a blog where we can post genuine content. lastly, each performer/ artist should have to be able to make an account with all their details and people should be able to review them. since only the brands they work with can see them, the reviews will be genuine. please quote your price of the website and the app separately as I intend to work on them at different times.
