Hello, I'm a graphic designer and one of my main services is web design, you can see some similar projects on my profile. I'm also good at editing videos, I can edit a video like the one that you show us. I design the websites on WordPress because it's professional and very easy to the user to upload new content once the project is over, I will teach you how to do it if you don't know. You have to take into consideration that it's possible that you will need to hire a domain and a hosting. WordPress offers some free options but there are not very professional. I can give you advice on which plan is better for you. For this project we could work as the following: - First I would need some information about your goals with the website, a little bit more about your company and so on. - Then I would start designing the graphics - I would present you two different options - Once I have your approval on the graphics I would implementing it on WordPress.
