Integrate a 'Zoho CRM lead form' (Javascript) to an existing HTML5 website, keeping the same styling. To be precise: Need to integrate this javascript form: [login to view URL] Into the 'Request an Appointment' box in these two pages: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] It is imporant to keep the same styling. I also need the 'Request an Appointment' box to be moved (switched) with the 'Our Benefits' box. I will provide the code (both the HTML5, and the Javascript) and will upload it to the website myself. Just need the integration/styling working.
