Create an engaging flyer for Martial Arts to excite kids / inform Parents

I have a small Taekwondo Business with the need to spruce up my flyer design. I need exiting colour flyers to capture kids eyes and want them to take them to their parents. Parents can then read them and see benefits to our style of Taekwondo as well as feel compelled to book for a free trial or contact me for further information / go to the web site. I have existing designs that do work, they are very specific and are looking to entice kids who are looking to build their own confidence or engage in a sport that is easier for them to participate in. I want perhaps the same or similar message that talks about the benefits to kids as is detailed in the existing flyers. I also require one for High School Students that will do a similar job but have a more social message about fitness and fun with friends and helping with a teens feelings of acceptance and happiness. I have done a good job of marketing for the kids, but not for marketing for the Teens. I require help with both and I have attached examples of both. I would also like to be able to plug into the flyer basic details of the venue and times for the classes (if it works with the flyer) . I have 12 different locations listed on the website but to show basic details for 2 or 3 would be ideal. Images can be made available if needed or re-purpose the existing ones in the files provided. A5 format is also ideal. The clubs colours are generally red, Black and White but we do not necessarily need to adhere to this colour scheme. Flyers need to look good printed from both a colour laser printer as well as printed by a professional printing service.
