Customization of WP theme (just mockup/design, NO programming)

I have a website based on the Wordpress theme “Unique”: [login to view URL] Almost all features of the current website are directly taken from the template, without any change. The Design of the used template is nice, but some functionalities e.g. regarding responsive design/buggy slider are not sophisticated. Moreover I want to use Wordpress to manage the content easily in future. Your task: a) Take the content/layout of the current website. b) Use a sophisticated Wordpress theme to recreate the current website c) Make customization of the Design of the new WP-theme with the aim to recreate the Design of the current website (font, color, elements). d) The layout of 2 pages should be changed (comparing to the current version).
