Auction web site

We are creating a new website where registered sellers sell 'cloud processing sessions' to registered buyers. The price will be determined by general market forces. We need someone to build the back-end and front end (whole project). We have the domain name and will be able to provide a more substantial project specification subject to the signing of an NDA. You must have experience with HTML 5, MySQL and usual web / server code. If you use any libraries or other code / art sources, you must consult us first so that we can check licensing terms. Finally, you must ensure your code is fully commented (in English) and you must supply work flow and development documentation so we can continue to develop and maintain the site once our contract is complete. Milestone payments will be made on delivery of development documentation and demonstration of working code, up to hand-over. We would also want you to design our logo, which must be supplied in Adobe Illustrator format.
