AI files to XHTML/CSS files - Urgent

Convert .ai files to pure cross browser compatible XHTML/CSS and 101% pixel perfect as the designs. I won't accept anything less! I have a total of 18 .ai files comprising the homepage and inner pages of a website. The inner pages have the same layout except content and a few images. The design that I have created in the Illustrator files much be matched as closely as possible. These must carry through into the coded version of the site. Please copy and paste all text from the Illustrator files. Do not retype anything. Please use 'Eurostile LT Std - Extended 2' for the heading fonts (I will supply the font files). Arial, Helvetica, sans serif web font stack can be used for the body text. Please slice all images that are in the supplied files - even if they have an istockphoto watermark. We will replace them later with the correct, purchased files. Menus have drop downs - make use of li's Work **MUST** be delivered within **8 hours**.
