Graphic designer needed to refine 300x250 social media ad unit (HTML+CSS) *Open to everyone, deadline removed*

Hello, I am experimenting with a different type of interactive 300x250 ad unit (HTML & CSS-only bounded by a 300x250 box) that includes social media (Facebook & Twitter) components. I designed and ran a prototype of this ad a week ago and think that it has a lot of room for improvement as I am a programmer with little design skill. The main objective is to refine the look of the ad to make it stand out more and increase conversions. The successful bidder will be asked to create 3 different designs of the 300x250 ad which will be individually tested in the market to see which performs the best. Therefore, I'd like the design of the 3 versions to be substantially different from each other with regard to color scheme, font and text placement. I will provide a high-resolution logo of the product (dessert food) that I am advertising and the complete HTML+CSS code of the ad that has already run so that you can use it as a reference in your own designs. I will also provide the website that the ad will be shown on to provide context. The deliverable will be one of the following: 1) Layered PSD of the ads (and I will translate them into HTML+CSS) -or- 2) the HTML, CSS and finalized graphics used to create the three ad units.
