convert powerpoint slides and Indesign pages to photoshop layers

I have 20 fairly simple slides to convert from powerpoint to photoshop cs3. I will send the powerpoint files to the winning bidder. I want to keep the layers the same and the images as .png. I already have the background as a photshop file that I will also send. They have only a few layers on each slide and many are similar. I will attach a few examples. I also have 3 pages of indesign to convert to photoshop layers. I will send indesign file. I know there are ways to export in layers and I think cs5 has scripts, so it shouldn't be very difficult, but I only have cs3. All pages will need to be 1140px wide as I will be eventually turning it into a website. I also have a number of different similar projects if this goes well. Thanks.
