Designer Needed - Colombia Image Maps

I need a Designer to create a map of Colombia, with states divisions and state names. Also I need one map for each state, with divisions for each city and their names. You will have to do a research to learn all information needed to create these maps. All maps sizes should be around 500px x 500px. Each map must have an areamap (html tag) associated to each division. For the colombia map, just put the name of the state in the href, and for states maps put the name of the city (all lowercase, no accentuation). As an example, this is a US website: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The difference is that states maps links to counties, which I don't believe exist in Colombia, so states maps link straight to the cities.
