Data Sheet and White Paper Design

We seek a datasheet & whitepaper redesign that reflects our brand - Fresh, Clean, Open, Modern. We help software intensive businesses (Web/Online, Banks, Software Companies, High Tech, etc.) transform their business-IT/Engineering collaboration partnership. We guide & coach business and IT/Engineering teams to a new way of collaborating, planning, designing and execute software and product development. The results are radical improvements to agility, speed, productivity, transparency, team performance, corporate outcomes and employee engagement. We need our Datasheet and Whitepaper templates provided to us in a word format. We want our templates to be optimized so that any design elements are clean, high resolution, but also small / compact in size so that our files sizes are not excessive. We seek a proposal that offers us a minimum of three alternate design sketches and a reasonable number of refinements (3-5) that lead to a final finished product that will be delivered as a Word Document / template as well as supporting Photoshop / Design Files that include the graphic elements used to embed in the Word Doc. Also you MUST be able to compress the graphic elements to a reasonably small size without sacrificing resolution and print quality. We do not want templates that add excessive size to our finished PDF files. If we have a good experience we will continue to use the freelancer to customize our use of these data sheets by doing custom layout and typography with actual Data Sheet and White Paper content. If you can show your designs mocked-up with "dummy" text/content that would also be preferred so that we can get a "feel" for how the templates will look as "finished products"
