We currently have a program that has outdated graphics. We would like to have the backgrounds updated in a new simple black design. The same background is needed in several screen sizes. We need to have it done in Photoshop as additional items will be added later. We will start out with this first as a trial. The winning bidder upon successful completion will be used for the remaining parts of the project. 1. Change blue background to black background 2. Add detail lines and dimension 3. Organized layers Should take an experienced Photoshop guru less than an hour.
