combine open source scripts and customize

I am looking to setup a social network, monthly fee blogging network, email marketing network all in one I have looked at a few open source social networks and I am very interested in the oxwall script. I looked at a few open source blogging networks but I am not sure which one is right. I seen a few email marketing scripts that I may be interested in. I need someone to take these open source scripts and combine them into one network. I will charge a monthly fee to use the blogging network and email marketing network and payment is through paypal so I will need the scripts to be customized for paying members only The user can sign up free on the social network, they must pay one monthly fee to use the blogging & email marketing platform, I will need a logo created and header image created. I will need this job completed within 7 days
