Develop APP exactly like the FORBES AFRICA iOS App for Android, iOS and Blackberry platforms

I need an APP developed for a magazine exactly like the FORBES AFRICA App on the iOS platform. This app should be developed to work on the Blackberry, Android and iOS platforms. Its important to note that these magazines may be sold or subscribed to and some may be offered for free. I will need a paypal and direct deposit payment options to handle this. What I need is exactly a prototype of the FORBES AFRICA app with its SIMPLE FLAT UI display. I need only serious freelancers to bid for this please. This app should enable subsequent addition of new issues like a CMS app. Also it should also act as a template which could be used for other magazine titles to be produced. I currently have a server but would appreciate if you let me know exact server requirement for this kind of app. Freelancer does not need to worry about creating an apple, blackberry or google play account for APP submitting. All you have to worry about is getting your app right to pass the criteria for each of the platforms. I am not looking to spend much, but I will not compromise cost for quality. Payment method will be transparent. I will deposit total amount agreed finally by us into escrow on freelancer as milestone. Only after development is done will I release total funds to freelancer. There will be no initial deposit payments before or during the job... only after job is done. Job will be started by freelancer only when he/she sees confirmation of milestone. Fair deal I think.
