Create a website with members area and subscription

hello, I require a website to be created that focuses on joining the site and having a members area. When a client becomes a member they will be able to make a purchase of available products. you will not be able to purchase the product until you have joined. I need the users tailored member area to show that they have: a current share, their bank balance, their deposits and withdrawls, the members need to sign up and supply their first and last name, address, mobile number and bank details. money will be transfered by bank transfer and once i have recieved a members deposit i need to be able to inform them via their member area and this needs to trigger an email stating their funds have been recieved. I also want to be able to inform the member that they have a share in their chosen product. budget is $100
