Build video webcam website

Any bid higher than $599 i might as well buy the script mentioned in the above link. There will be some minor changes and i will communicate that with the bidder i will feel comfortable with. And for milestones, i will release them after each successfully completed stages, as shown below: 1st stage - 25% (after it's completed) 2nd stage - 25% (after it's completed) 3rd stage - 25% (after it's completed) 4rd stage - 25% (after it's completed) Design should be different and not look exactly the same. And most important is that site and everything my load up quick. This will be a long term relationship with the programmer so please send me some works done preferably related to web cam websites as well. Only bid if you accept my requirements, thank you
