Build me a website for PC and Mobile using a design I have saved to a PSD file. It must include the following: • Parallax scrolling over the segments with photos, similar to this: [login to view URL] • Lightbox effects for the portfolio. I will provide the thumbnails and full sizes on my own time since I will need to update them myself periodically. I just need the code put in over the placeholders. • Facebook and Twitter widgets in the feeds section. I'll provide the code for these. • Responsive build that will automatically adjust to mobile devices.
