Build a Website with Drupal, Bootstrap

I need a new website built for an upgrade to an existing site www.fst.net.au. I have the following main objectives 1. Site to be built with Drupal version 7 2. Site to be built with bootstrap version 3 3. Site to be responsive 4. Site to be hosted on Amazon (we’ll provide account details) For discussion If the site can be a modification of an existing template that’s OK. This template looks suitable however it will need to be customised to suits our needs. [login to view URL] We would pay for the template. The main functions of the site are: 1. List conference events. Current, future events and past events. The current events have a booking functionality. 2. A Directory listing businesses by category 3. Publications. List magazines created from the event content 4. A Video section - Has a featured video - Lists video from recent leaders - Has two level of categorisation - Webcast video is behind a gate 5. Industry announcements. News items or summaries with links to PDF’s 6. Directory of whitepapers with categorisation. Each paper has a page with a download link which is behind a gate (must provide details to access) 7. Who’s who section - Filtered by country. AU, SG and NZ - Features person - Directory of industry figures 8. Static pages like About us ** IMPORTANT** You must be able to answer yes to all three questions for your bid to be accepted. 1. You have developed commercial grade Drupal websites. Please show references. 2. You have experience in Bootstrap and commit to developing the site in the current version. Please show references 3.
