I can do this! I'm sure I have a few ideas that you will love. I looked your congregation up and I found a facebook page. My favorite idea for the design is you use your church as the design. I love love the shape of it makes a great element for design (it'll be shame if you don't use it) and the text neatly wrapped around it with all the elements you asked for. I have a quick sketch of what I am thinking of if you'd like to see it. You can pick your font of choice of course after and tweak it. After all this is for you!
