Develop a Corporate Identity Bonanaza

Bonanza (The Culinary Project): Starting with a single branch “Bonanza” is the name of the chain we are planning to launch during 2015, the concept is simple at the face of it but it is intended to have a profound implications on the industry in Saudi Arabia. Value Proposition: Bonanza is the first local chain that has a well-defined value proposition: - Value: Best product qualitatively and quantitatively within its price range - Transparency: Through sharing the details of the ingredients and preparation methods and through a visually accessible kitchen - Quality: The use of Hand-cut fresh French fries, Piedmonts beef and freshly baked bread Bonanza founder is a partner in a gourmet based Food Service Distributor Co. which is an advantage by having an access to the best possible raw materials and through understanding the industry both locally and globally. Menu: The menu is small and focused on its core product the beef burger and few variations in addition to possibly offering the Philly steak sandwich in addition to the French fries. Segment: The concept is for burger lovers who are looking for the best and most accessible high quality and reasonably priced through a network of branches located around the city. There is no particular age or demographic group. Service: Service is over the counter orders with a small dine-in area (10-15 seats) with focus on to-go and delivery orders. All meals will be prepared upon order and expected to take around 12-15 minutes. Environment: The physical space should reflect these values within a simple but distinct environment, a small shop probably between 80-120 m2 area including the kitchen as its main element and the use of natural and earth colors mixed with some accent colors to have a strong identifiable brand. Using simple elements to differentiate it from the “Incorporated” faceless QSR chains and have a more human space that can reach to the average person “without losing the professionalism and consistency of a chain” ; and with the use of communicative elements to familiarize the customers with the concept and ingredients. Scope: Complete branding and graphic design with a minimum of the following: Phase1: - Logo - Fonts, pattern and colors Phase 2: - Outdoor signage and wall print or posters - Packaging - Other requirements to be determined based on the designer vision Proceeding: After accepting this project the designer will submit a separate quote and timeline for each phase.
