Design a Logo

I am looking for a logo for my new management consulting business based in Toronto, Canada. The name of the business is Harrison Consulting Group. I am looking for a logo I can use on my website, business cards, newsletter, letterhead, etc. Harrison Consulting Group is a boutique management consulting practice specializing in organization effectiveness and human resources. We work with organizations of all sizes from small, family-owned businesses to large multi-national companies. We help organizations clarify what they want to do and how best to do it. I do this by bringing a process where I get the right people in a room, facilitate the right discussion and provide a meaningful output which represents the consensus reached and serves as a framework to guide future decisions and actions. I would like the logo to contain the words Harrison Consulting Group, I'm indifferent if there is some type of symbol incorporated into the logo or if it's just the name of the business presented in a visually appealing way. I don't want anything too feminine and would air on the side of professional vs. casual. No pink/light purple, etc. I'd like a logo that looks good in colour and B&W.
