Design a Logo for Granny!!!

Hi! We are a new company who needs your help. Our parent company has been around for over 8 years, and we are a brand new spin off. We will be selling apparel such as aprons, uniforms, scrubs, etc. We also have a division that does embellishments and customizations such as embroidery, screen printing, etc. Our company name is Granny Smith Apparel. We are looking for a logo that is FUN, modern, appealing and will connect with a wide variety of customers. We have tossed about the idea of a CARTOON Granny holding an apple. But no decisions have been made, and that is why we have started this freelance hunt! Probably for a later date, but...we have also tossed about the idea of Granny being able to change her apparel based on which division a customer is ordering from. Maybe CARTOON Granny in scrubs, or a uniform, or wearing an apron, or something to do with fundraising. Since we are still new and undecided, we are excited to see your ideas for Granny! FUN, FUN, FUN is important to us. We are a business, but a FUN place. And, please...NO BORING PLAIN APPLES. We work with people, not fruit. Granny can be holding an apple or eating one, but we want MORE than just an apple. We will be using this logo on business cards, website, hats, stationary, polos, and everything else that is going into our company. Thank you.
