Customize Joomla template YOO AIR

I need the Joomla YooTheme AIR customized as stated in the following points: 1. Change the main menu. I need a transparent glass menu like the one here: [login to view URL] On mouse-over on the menu items I want the effect like the one here (but use a light color and transparency for glass effect): [login to view URL] The transition effect on mouse-over on the menu items should be like the one here (I want the effect of sliding tab using lava menu): [login to view URL] 2. I have added a video under the main menu and the submenu appears behind the video. It's a z-index that must be corrected. The submenu will remain exactly as it is now, no other modifications are required. 3. Create a 3D effect for the content area On top and bottom of the yoo_air template there are some coloured areas different than the middle area (body area) where the content and left/right modules are. I need you to modify the png image and create a 3D effect like the body area floats over the rest of the page. 4. Modify the module variation "style-box" Yoo_air supports the module variation "style-box" that I want it modified. The result should be something 3D, glass, transparent...like the modules here: [login to view URL] Final words: - I want 3D effects, glass effects and transparency. - You should have CSS and Photoshop knowledge, but also to know how Joomla templating system works. - This is a small project, in 2 hours you can finish it. So I expect you to deliver it fast, clean work.
