2: Daily Routine Guide (Daily Routine [login to view URL]) / 50 pages (mostly text)
This is the same as the example Pdf I sent you with a branded front page + Title, except that this is for all seasons (not only Spring) —

4: Supplements, Flush, Ayurvedic Detox / 2-3 pages
