Cartoon like banners for webpage

Hello, The project consist in 6 banners, that must be cartoon-like, or make use of drawing. The colors should match the colors of my logo. Sizes: 4 banners --> 960 x 340 2 banners --> 980 x 220 The 4 banners with size 960 x 340 will be used to make a slider, so they must be transparent and share the background. The other 2 banners will be used to be on top of the sections of the webpage. I am looking for a freelancer with experience in cartoon drawing and banner design, and it will be super important to have a good portfolio for me to check before making a decision. I will have the right to review the banners made by the freelancer and have them redone until I´ll be fully happy with the designs.
