Battery and Gear images on outdoor banners

I need design and artwork for two outdoor, landscape banners measuring 3m X 1m. The style is to be illustrative / freehand. The first banner would show a battery icon, like those on mobile phones, showing the battery bar in red at only 10% power. Inside the battery image would be two words , probably to the right of the red bar, inside the battery outline: 'recharge here'. Below the battery icon would be a simple URL: www,[login to view URL] The second banner would also be in a simple illustrative style, showing two gears/cogs. The image would be a hard looking industrial cog interacting with a daisy-wheel. Text to the left of the image would say: change gear here. The same URL would appear below. Stylistically I'm imagining something more freehand/illustrative/cartoon in style, rather than a technical drawing style. The images must be immediately recognisable as the banners will be beside a very city road. There might be slight revision based on client feedback, so I would need to know an hourly rate to make changes/corrections. A print ready PDF would need to be supplied to my nominated banner manufacturer. Ample border area will be required for banner eyelets.
