Animation of Suit Measurement Videos

We are starting an online clothing store for custom-made men's formal wear. Customers will be required to measure themselves using information provided on our website so that we can create custom garments for them. While we currently have descriptions of the measurements, we have found that a visual cue will also be necessary. We need a coder to animate roughly 20 short flash (or something similar) videos that show how the measurements must be taken. To do this, the coder will be supplied with our measurement desciptions, as well as short videos that we took while at our suppliers' store that show how the measurements should be taken. An example of a measurement would be the length of the sleeve, obtained by measuring from the shoulder to the wrist.? We can provide a few company branding materials for colour scheme, etc, but otherwise the creative aspect is up to the coder. Whatever makes our brand look good, and enables the customer to take their measurements properly.
