Create a whiteboard animation (45 to 60 seconds)

Storyline: Scene1: - Message of the scene: o Different reactions to the “good results” - Duration: 10 sec - Background: o Scene time: end of 2012 (appears as a calendar, etc) o Place: Meeting room, where the results and achievements of the previous years are shown:  The diagram is showing a steady improvement over the past 4 years  The “slope” of the improvement is showing “good” improvement level (around 15% of growth on yearly basis) o Number of team members in the room are from 4 to 7 (if possible) - Scene Description/Action o Character 1:  Represents a guy who is afraid and worried (anxious) from the future  He says: “good results”, “can we continue the same trend” o Character 2:  Represents a guy who is pessimistic  He says in reply of Char.1: “This the our maximum” o Character 3:  Represents a complacent guy who is delighted about the achievements  He says in reply of Char.2: “No, we are good, and we can continue same trend” o Character 4:  Represents a guy who is enthusiast with great passion in his face (he look very energetic)  He adds: “Good is the enemy of Great” o Character 5:  Represents the leader  He says: “Yes, Good is the enemy of Great”  He adds: “We have to revise our strategy based on that” Scene 2: - Message of the scene: o Active discussion (War Room) o People choice (bottom up) o Team agrees that they are doing well on “Customer First” & “Execution Excellence”. They are not sure about if “I Own Quality” principle - Duration: 5 sec - Background: o Meeting room, setup as in a “brainstorming workshop”; with white boards, and post it notes, and people discussing actively o The scene should show very active discussion with passion: some of the team members are standing, others are discussing on the table, others are collecting notes, etc o Number of people is from 10 to 15 (if possible) o On the meeting room walls, the target is stated clearly => “Go from Good to Great” - Scene is split into two parts o Left pane of the screen is showing the team discussions, etc o Right pane of the screen, represents the outcome of the discussions as the following  First appears the concept of “Quality Principles” as the header  Then appears the concept of the “Customer First” as a bullet point, and a checkbox appears with OK  Then appears the concept of the “Execution Excellence” as a new bullet point, with checkbox  The 3rd point is “I Own Quality”. This concept is circled as a focus point Scene 3: - Message of the scene: o Showing the approach - Duration: 5 sec - Presentation Scene - The scene is a kind of presentation mode where o The following appears: “Mobily CT developed the following” o The “I Own Quality” model is drawn (as the attached picture) o The “Voice of People” framework is drawn (as the attached picture) Scene 4: - Message of the scene: o Showing the results (Achievements) - Duration: 5 sec - Scene time: end of 2013 (after 1 year of scene 1) - Presentation scene - Scene description: o The 4 charts appear showing the Good to Great results in all KPI’s Scene 5: - Message of the scene: o Stress on the “I Own Quality” buzz words - Duration: 8 sec - Presentation scene - Description: o The “word matrix” (as attached) are coming together o The “I Own Quality” model is animated (wheel rotated, etc) o The following flashes during the assembly of the “word matrix”  When “cross functional” enters the scene, the number “9” appears (flashes)  When “cross cultural” word enters, the number “8” flashes  Etc Scene 6: - Message of the scene: o Show the team buy-in and celebration - Duration: 3 sec - Description: 40 to 50 team members are cheering with loud voice “I Own Quality” Scene 7: - Message of the scene: o Future outlook - Duration: 5 sec - Final scene - Description o Message: “do you think this is the end; Great is enemy of Greater” o Message: “Journey of Excellence Never Ends” o Message: “Stay tuned with Mobily CT miracles” (coming soon)
