content spinning

I need to hire someone for ongoing work that is very good with content spinning and can deliver 2-4 articles a week in spun format. I will provide the articles, each article will be 350- 400 word long. The spun format needs to be very well done and each spun version of the article needs to read perfectly normal. Each article needs to have three different headlines. The article I provide will have one headline but you need to make the other two. a short "about the author" description is also needed for each article. This should be in spin format as well. Please include how many articles your offer is for. I need to see a sample of your work in spin format so that I can test how it reads. I am looking for 60-80% uniqueness in the spun articles.
