This is urgent, and is needed immediately. I am standing by to accept a bid, and get this resolved within minutes to a couple hours.
I need to add various deep links (I think they are called) [anchors] to my existing flash website. I am using Adobe Flash Professional CS5.5 as the authoring tool. I am assuming once the anchors are added, I would only need to add the following to the end of my domain name URL to navigate to such Keyframe (page):
#windows_help
#networking_help
#router_help
#virus_removal_help
#printer_help
and so forth.
Each one of these references that would be placed at the end of the url e.g. helpmeinc.html#windows_help would take the user to the respective keyframe (page).
In reading up on this, it is entered as shown: helpmeinc.html#windows_help. However, along with the fact that I don't know how to put anchors in my timeline for each different keyframe, I also don't know how to use the #windows_help at the end of my URL. In other words, to go to my site, I type in at the address bar helpmeinc.com. I don't type in [login to view URL]
I am sure this is very easy stuff, but I have no familiarity with it, and all the articles online basically say:
1) Enter Anchor in Keyframe (name of anchor, and a few other little steps)
2) Enter anchor name at the end of url: helpmeinc.html#windows_help
and it just works.
Well, it doesn't. I need prolly only a simple explanation of what I am supposed to be doing, and if you could walk me through it on the phone (I am thinking 10 to 15 minutes), I could set all the anchors up thereafter. We could a screen share, if you are familiar with Adobe Flash Professional CS 5.5. I can just show you where the keyframe is, and you could tell or take control of the mouse (on your end) and show me how to set up a keyframe anchor. When I do it, I don't know if I am supposed to setup 8 different anchors, and how to tie them to one keyframe verses a different keyframe.
So, what I need is
a) anchors placed to reference each keyframe
b) the correct syntax for the URL link so that when entered into an address bar, it takes the user to the correct keyframe page
Lastly, I am looking for an immediate, over-the-phone 15 minute talk where I share my screen, and you set up with me, 2 such anchors, and show that typing in the specific url it opens that referenced Keyframe. I am thinking this could take from 5 minutes to 15 minutes, and hopefully will be all done within an hour of posting this task.
