ALF Flash Banner Ads

I need three Flash Banner Ads created from provided layouts. The sizes are 160x600, 300x250 and 728x90. The file size for each file must be 40k or lower. I have a good idea of what I want, so I have designed two "frames" for each ad. Essentially what I need is some good animation (text, pictures, whatever you think), and an animated transition between the two frames. I have attached six Photoshop files (2 frames for each ad). You can pull the assets for the flash files from the Photoshop file. I really want the final product to be exactly what I have provided.... I just need animation added to it. I have also attached three flash files of something somebody else did for me. I just wanted you to see what I was not happy with – bad typography, slow clumsy animations, etc. Because I have done most of the layout and just need some nifty animation added to it, I would like to keep the total budget under $40 US. Also, I need them very quickly, so your ability to turn the job around quickly will weigh heavily on my decision. I have attached all the files and fonts in a .zip file Thank you.
