Creative Flash expert needed

Hi I need a really creative flash expert to do a little flash work for me. This will involve and icon bouncing effect, then when icon is click it vibrates rapidly and move to bottom left of screen where the menu icons will then fade in nicely. once you rollover on of the icons, they slide and zoom into the middle until clicked or rolled out. When user the click back from the inner pages, they are not directed back to the bouncing icon but to the fading in menu icons. The link will be giving to those at a later stage. I need this done today so please don't bid if you can't start now. Also $30 max so if you can't do it for this then please don't bid. Also I don't want someone who will try and charge me extra for the smallest things, it is only naturally that the client will want small changes and things are left out. Please attach portfolio.
