Book -website design

I have just published a book .To increase the sales and prevent piracy in my country, I have decided to insert a card that has a pin number on it. Buyers of the book will take the number and log-on on site design for the book sales. There will benefits for those who purchase the book. The site will have database, discussion board facilities Details about the site can be view from the attaché document. I will need a very excellent experience graphic designer with knowledge of access database and the site should be easy for me to make changes with FrontPage or macromedia. Up to five thousand pin number will be loaded on the data base which I will print out and insert with the book and there should be room to increase the number unlimitedly by myself. Designer should be able to convince me with work done and I will be expecting to see serious graphic if possible flash effect of site done buy such designer. I need serious web designer to contact.
