Capture Interactive Video and convert to mpeg4

Hi, An urgent small project. I have two small files all set to be uploaded to a website. They contain the files needed to play a swf file with embeded video and interactivity for the site. I can supply the folder of files for you but what I need is to capture the interactivity (screencapture is fine) but with the sound. I have used Jing to capture the vision but it does not capture the sound. I need the output file to be excellent quality - either .mov or better still MP4 video. I have attached my captured MP4 video without sound so you can see what I am talking about. Please ask questions if you need. It would be a very small job for someone with the right software.
