Building a small and GREAT looking website

We're CMH Holdings, a small property investor located in HK that would like help getting a great looking web identity up and running. Some details; - 6 pages in total - Top header navigation - All designs will be provided from the designer in the form of PSD-files - 4 pages have only static image and some text on them, all same background - The next to last (5th) page should have a photo browsing function - The last (6th) page should be a contact us page Style-wise, this will be a very simple, minimalistic site (all black/white). What's important here is that I DON'T want to use Flash, but WOULD like to have the same smooth transitions upon mouse-over as the top header navigation has here (basically, I want the site navigation to function the same way as this one); [login to view URL] I also want the photo function to work exactly like it does under "Gallery" on this page. I'm open for suggestions (CSS / animated pics etc) that would give the same end-result for the user experience without resorting to coding this in flash. Suggestions? Spec will be provided shortly CSS
