Being a self-trained typist at the age of 11years (and now I'm 25), I've got huge amount of practice in typing various types of content and can reach speeds ranging 65-72wpm.
I've also worked on an invoice software development and maintenance project in an IT MNC company, where I got pretty much hands-on on handling various types of content coming in CSV format, exporting it to Excel, sorting, filtering, analyzing and preparing reports/documentations in Word.
I believe the above two points clearly fulfill the skills required for your project on Data entry/processing/copying.
It would be desirable to know a few more details, like the size of the data to be processed in Excel and what's your project expected timeline.
