I have been developing applications in both Access and Excel for 20 years with extensive use of VBA. I have developed several applications for Freelance clients, please see Feedback and examples in Portfolio. Do not pay attention to the 73% completion rate, it is wrong and being reviewed. I am UK based, a native English speaker, available on Skype and currently on UTC. Excel has a function =PMT which will determine fixed payments on a loan based upon Interest Rate(Weekly, Monthly or Annual), The amount of the loan and The number of payments(Weeks, Months or Years). A different result is obtained for payments at the beginning of the period or the end but, thankfully, the default is end because I have never come across a loan that you start paying back the day you take it out. Not all Excel defaults are this logical Regards David

These financial forecast models contain various interlinked sheets such as input sheet, revenue projections sheet, expenses sheet, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, depreciation, break-even, valuation, variance analysis sheets etc. I have worked as an excel financial modeler with UK based company, Rightskills where I have worked on forecasts for business plans; budgets and cost sheets for various courses offered by the company. I have also worked as part time financial analyst with an Adelaide, Australia based based boutique consulting firm (TMP Consulting) , which is advising Asian Development Bank (ADB) on financial aspects of multi-million dollars capital projects. I am working on project costs models and financial analysis models to calculate FIRR and NPV of the projects. I have also doen financial forecasts for sponsors of the projects such as TNB, PT PTN, PTBA etc. Besides I am also having experience of working with investment banks and brokers based in Europe and prepared equity valuation models on London Stock Exchange and NYSE listed stocks. The formula for a Loan Amortization is the PMT whose parameters are : rate , nper , pv , fv , type where rate - the annual interest rate for the loan. nper - the total number of payments for the loan. pv - the present value or the amount borrowed or the "principal of the loan. fv - future value - for a loan this will be $0.00. Current Business Analyst with a Fortune 100 company. I can complete this forecast model for in a very timely fashion. If awarded, I would like to have a quick conversation to make sure that I understand all of the requirements completely. To provide understanding of your requirements I would utilize the excel functions PMT and IPMT to calculate how much of the loan is paid off monthly and how much of that payment was interest (profit). Taking the Interest earned + fees earned produces gross profit. Remove loan loss and loan cost from that and you have net profit. To ensure I could meet your requirements, I put together a quick draft and I have a working prototype that works appropriately.
