Hello there, I am an Excel genius so it is not hard to reproduce the core of Landlord Max is an Excel-based application. I am also a native English speaker so nothing will be lost in translation. The time and budget are realistic - this is not something that can be banged out in a couple of days, especially allowing for your testing and acceptance so elapsed time may be greater but I would rather you got what you needed at the end of the process. It looks to me like you need an application that has property, with rent due and tenants and then landlords with fees to pay and rent to receive, along with contractors who do maintenance and are then cost-allocated either out of your fees or the rent depending on your agreement with the landlord. I can put together a basic app that supports those functions and some reporting for debtors and payment runs. The first part of the project would be to ascertain the exact functionality you need, over a telephone call and creation of a specification that both parties can work to within the contract.
