Build a presentation (ppt or pdf) that can store data offline with online import/export

I am looking for a freelancer who can embed an excel data sheet into a powerpoint or PDF file so that slides show data according to what is in the excel data sheet with capability to import/export the data sheet from the ppt or pdf. Also when offline and using the slides, a capability to store selections into the excel for later export. The slides are presentation material to be used when outdoors without internet access. I want to load a data file so I do not need to update the slides manually. The slides should pull from the data file that was embedded. While using the slides outdoors, I would have some buttons to record data (like recording responses from a survey as you talk to other people). Recorded data also needs to be exported out so I can see how people responded to questions and how many answers go the most hits. At all times, I would be operating the presentation slides when outdoors. I am looking for someone who can give me a proof of concept as a PPT or PDF file. I am not looking for a full-blown production-ready solution. I am not interested in a web application. If your concept is proven, this will entail returning business.
