CREATE WORD & EXCEL TEMPLATE FROM PDF

Intelligent provider needed for some Word and Excel work. I will provide you with different but similar PDFs. Your job is to create a Word template exactly as the original PDF (so if you print PDF or Word should look the same), Also you need to add a few form fields in a template so users can type information into fields. PROVIDED: -3 PDFs in portrait format (black and white version) - 1st PDF cointains all graphic elements, 2nd and 3rd is the same as 1st but just without few graphic elements -3 PDFs in landscape format (black and white version) - the same graphic elements as above but in landscape design -6 CDRs (original Corel files in curves for easy export of graphical elements needed for Word import) PROJECT REQUIREMENTS: -Create Microsoft Word templates (6) replicating the original PDFs - (black and white) -Create Microsoft Word templates (6) color version - everything else is completely the same -Create Microsoft Excel templates (2) replicating the original PDFs - (black and white version - 1x portrait and 1x landscape - just 1st PDF version with all elements) -ALL GRAPHICAL ELEMENTS IN HEADER AND FOOTER MUST BE IN VECTOR FORMAT so the print out is fine and not pixelated and document format must be A4 (not Leter) DELIVERABLES: - 12 Word templates - 2 Excel templates BID REQUIREMENTS: -Generic bids will be rejected.
