Dataset requires modifying via rules.

I have a DB table that has just under 11,000 Rows. This project is to modify these tables with rules. There are 5 main tables which need sorting out and reworking. Lets say the tables are: ID, box1, box2, type, order What I want to do is run rules through this data set changing the information around and deleting some things. For example If box1 has information but box2 is empty and the type is orange AND the next number in the order is type red. Then Delete type red row. This is one rule of about 10 I have that I want to run through this data set. I want ONLY experienced people. For those people this will be easy money, they know what to do. I currently have this dataset in SQL. I can export it to whatever you want. To prove to me you read this, PM me 123IREADIT. If I must export to excel I need to use specific delimiters as there are , and ; in the dataset that cause it to not work properly. My budget is $30. I want to do this today. So only apply if you are free RIGHT NOW. Also be prepared to show why you are the right fit for this task.
